Reporting & documenting

Truth be told, no one really enjoys creating sales reports. However, there are a few things you can do to make sales reporting a bit less unpleasant and a bit easier to compile.

At MBS we like to set relevant goals for our sales teams at the start of each day or week. Give them specific benchmarks to work towards. When it comes time to reflect on the period, we outline questions that they should have no problem answering.

Customer service and support

Staying close to our customers gives us the opportunity to develop relationships, to further demonstrate our expertise and increases confidence in each team member. Getting to know customers on a first name bases, and learning about their interests have taken our service to the next level.
